"Kurzemes sēklas" is in 1992., which as Talsi State Company "Sēklas" the continuation of the tradition has considerable experience in the propagation and marketing of vegetables, fodder crops, herbs and ornamental plants. "Kurzemes sēklas" is engaged in supplying gardeners, offering them seeds and bulbs of vegetables, flowers, herbs, nectar plants, fodder and technical crops, as well as materials necessary for the garden and farms. The company actively participates in seminars, advising gardeners. Variety sample plots have been established in Talsi and Pūre DIS.
